1. Introduction
Welcome to ExploreJapan.ai, operated by Kingdom Arcade Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Our Service
ExploreJapan.ai provides AI-generated travel itineraries for Japan. Our planner is chat-based — the assistant asks a few quick questions (e.g., trip length, budget, style, cities, interests, and any special notes) to tailor your plan. You can create and customize your complete itinerary, then download it as a PDF for $3.99. The PDF includes your full multi-day itinerary with additional features like maps, QR codes, and detailed recommendations.
PDF Download Access
Paid PDFs: After purchase, you have 90 days to download your PDF. After 90 days, the download link will expire and the PDF may be deleted from our servers.
Important: Once you download a PDF, it's yours forever. You are responsible for managing and storing your downloaded files. We recommend downloading your PDF soon after purchase.
3. Payments and Delivery
- Itinerary creation and editing is free. PDF downloads require payment.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Upon successful payment, Stripe provides us with your email address in the payment confirmation.
- We use this email address to deliver your PDF itinerary, typically within minutes, but always within 24 hours.
- We do not store your email address in our website or application database.
- If you later edit your itinerary and wish to download an updated PDF, this constitutes a new purchase.
4. Refund Policy
- PDF Downloads – All PDF download sales are final. However, if we are unable to deliver a working PDF itinerary to the email address provided by Stripe within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
5. Limitations of Service
Our itineraries are generated using AI and publicly available information. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all details (such as event dates, opening hours, or train schedules) will be up-to-date at the time of your travel. Always verify important information directly with official sources.
6. Intellectual Property
All itineraries and other content provided by us are owned by Kingdom Arcade Ltd and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
